Hobbs, James Hobbs. Or, it's David. Many know me as David, also as the Hobbster (my nickname I had in my high school days). I live in Folsom, California, just east of Sacramento and close to the Sierra Nevada Mountains. My father's name is also James, so that's why I also go by David. We've lived in Folsom for a very long time. My dad enjoys computers and he has his own home page. My mom is Monica, and she's from Argentina; she's lived here in the United States for over 30 years.

I have 3 brothers and one sister, all of which are younger than I. They are: Daniel, Rachel, Gregory, and Edward. Rachel lives nearby with Alex and their 2 daughters-- a cute 2 year old girl (called "The Cutie" on this website) and a new baby, born in mid August (called "The Baby" on this site). Greg is studying at BYU after returning from Taiwan. In college he met a wonderful young lady from Taiwan and will be married in December. Edward graduated from high school back in June and is attending school in Idaho. He's a great lyricist and still makes his own music. I have one brother Daniel, the second oldest, who passed away 15 years ago.

I graduated in December 2001 with a Bachelor's in Spanish, with a minor in Business Administration. I taught Primary in Church for about 4 years and miss that very much. I was also the Cubmaster for the local Cub Scout Pack a year ago. I am still a missionary at a young single adult congregation at church.
