Miss Marple Look-Alike Contest

Are you planning a dinner party with guests who love murder mysteries? Then you can go elsewhere to learn how to host one. Here, you can hold your very own Marple look-alike contest! Just tell your guests to dress up and put on their best Marple faces!

The Rules

  1. All contestants must be at least 65 years of age.
  2. They must show proof that they live on a fixed income.
  3. They must knit.
  4. They must own a garden.
  5. They must own binoculars.
  6. They must gossip.
  7. They must have pale blue eyes, fluffy white hair, pinkish complexion, and be tallish.
  8. They have a nephew named Raymond, who is a writer.
  9. They are able to draw a map of St. Mary Mead from memory (correctly labeled!).
  10. They have traveled to the Caribbean at least once.
  11. They are able to list in order the novels in which Marple appears.
  12. They must be able to tell 5 stories of ordinary people they know and relate those stories to 5 new people.
