Which AC book did you read first? Three guesses as to which one I started with... That's right. It was "Curtain". Then went onto "Styles". Was too young to take in what I was reading, so I didn't notice the soltuion had been revealed to the latter in the former.

My first Agatha Christie book was And Then There Were None/Ten Little Indians. I then went on to read "Orient Express," "Nile," and others.

My first book was "Ten Little Indians" ("And Then There Were None"). I read that in 1990! My first Poirot book was "The Big Four" (in '91).

I've now finished reading the Poirot books today, so it's taken me almost 15 years to read them all. Now I have a few more of Marple to read.

Just read my first AC novel a couple days ago. It was HICKORY DICKORY DOCK (published as Hickory Dickory Death). I am presently nearing the climax of MURDER IN MESOPOTAMIA. Great stuff, both!

i couldnt be more lucky. my first book was prolly her best one (or, one of her many beststsst novels), The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. i bought it a few years ago, it surely made me collect her hercule poirot novels.

before i limit myself only to books that are about aliens, the supernatural, spiritual etc. (NO im not a weirdo, im just fascinated with those kind of stuff) cos i dont think id learn anything from fiction books, i didnt even know who agatha christie was, i surely didnt hear her name from any of my mates (theyre not the reading kind), i dont even remember WHY i even bought that book or where, but it surely changed something in me...NO it didnt make me a better person or anything like that, but well, everytime i read (and hear, ive got some audiobooks of the books i already have and i still love listening to it, am i weird or wot? :p) anything with hercule poirot in it, its very fun and relaxing as it always put my own little grey cells to work ? x
